Aben is a motivational speaker and corporate trainer, a USA Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and magazine and daily devotional content writer.

He has been leading organizations for more than 14 years, with nearly a decade of working experience in Retail Sales and Wholesale in Fashion Retail industry. Because he aims to empower lives, he established Bild Inc. to provide training to individuals, companies and schools in the area of personal development, leadership, sales and customer service, marketing, emotional mastery and financial literacy.

Currently, he leads and preaches in their spiritual community in Cagayan De Oro City Mindanao, Philippines.
